I was born, raised and still live in Yorkshire with the most stunning countryside on my doorstep.
I am a qualified Life Coach, which includes certified Master NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Time Line Therapy, Hypnotherapy and am also a qualified teacher/trainer.
I work with amazing women like you within the challenges of life and business to inspire and empower you to find your inner strength, be confident and live a life beyond your wildest dreams.

o My favourite cocktail is a Margarita (no salt)
o I’m a lover of the sun and snow equally
o I have a love of shoes to the point I don’t count anymore – call me Carrie!
o In my 20’s I used to be an entertainment manager in a bar in Greece
o I used to ballroom dance
o I had a Pac Man arcade game bought for my 50th birthday (best present, like ever)
o My friends call me Princess Pea because I always say how comfy my bed is!
